Refund & Return Policy

At EEZEE Shop, we accept returns for both defective and non-defective products for customers in the United States, Germany, and the Netherlands.

Customers may return products within 15 days after delivery.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be new, unused, and in resalable condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Free Returns

We provide free returns for eligible returned products in the United States, Germany, and the Netherlands.

Returns are accepted by mail.

  • Return shipping label

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for both defective and non-defective products within 15 days after delivery.

Refund Processing

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The item has been used
